As a woman who playfully bickers a little with my partner, I know that roasting your significant other can be a fun way to show your affection. Carefully crafted burns that'll warm your boyfriend's thick skin can be a cute way to show you care about them more than anybody else. Funnily enough, it seems like Tolkien also agreed with that sentiment.

Legolas and Gimli are probably the cutest couple in the entire saga.
